Training Week 10 (or lack of)


A massive low point for me, probably the lowest since starting this Blog. I got no training done this week down to Injury, Flu and having to decorate … all I got done was 1 Hour in the gym on Saturday

As I’m still only scratching the surface of the decorating I need to do and still need to rest the PF injury, so it looks like I’ll get next to no training in this next week either .

decorating is great cross training Will
make sure you think of it as training and watch the way you carry out moves and it will be hard work!

oh and I think you are OK to have a slow week once in a while!

Will - slow weeks and low mileage weeks are ok mate - especially with 200 plus days to go - rest up and come back stronger - decorating is evil, avoid at all costs ;-)

Will - great to see you Saturday. Vrap once told me, your body can heal or it can run. Don't expect it to do both to a decent level. As for the decorating... well, sorry mate, can't help you there... that's stuff that's just got to be done. Like Zill says (Hi Zill!) avoid at all costs (like me - who has a half ainted hallway and rest of house needs doing... not my fault ex left half way through is it!!!)
